Your data

How we protect what you share.

  • We record interviews only with your consent, and tell you where recordings are stored.
  • Client material goes only into business-tier AI accounts whose terms exclude customer data from model training.
  • Access is removed when an engagement ends. Retention periods are written into your agreement.

Which AI tools do you use?
Mostly tools you can keep using without us: Claude, ChatGPT, and the software you already pay for. We recommend by fit, and we take no referral fees from vendors.
Do we need technical staff?
No. We build for the people who do the work today, and train them to run it.
What if AI is not the right answer for us?
Then your report says so, and recommends process changes instead.
